Bus & Airport Transfer Options – Masters World Cup Rotterdam

Please find below the detailed transfer options between the hotels, tournament venues, and the airport. All buses used for these transfers are 50-seater coaches.

All prices are stated per transfer (one-way) and per return transfer (hotel ↔ venue ↔ hotel or airport ↔ hotel).

1. Shared Team Transfer

Two teams share one bus. The bus may stop at one additional hotel or tournament venue along the route.

* €150 per team, per one-way transfer

* €300 per team, per return transfer (hotel → venue → hotel)

With this option, the bus may first collect one team and then proceed to a second hotel before arriving at the venue. The same system

applies for the return journey.

2. Private Team Transfer

A dedicated bus exclusively for one team. No additional stops.

* €300 per one-way transfer

* €600 per return transfer (hotel → venue → hotel)

This option guarantees direct transportation without sharing the bus with another team.

3. Airport Transfers – Amsterdam Schiphol Airport

Direct transfers between Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and the team hotel.

* €475 per one-way transfer

* €950 per return transfer (airport → hotel → airport)

Important Notes

* Shared transfers are subject to matching hotel locations and compatible match schedules.

* If no suitable second team can be combined, the private transfer rate may apply.

* All transfers operate according to the official tournament schedule.

* All transport is operated with 50-seater coaches
